What does design communication mean? It is utilizing architectural drafting skills, such as plans, elevations, sections and perspective, to illustrate the design of an object, room or building and making it experiential for the client.
On the contrary, architectural communication is similar to a designer’s definition: “Architectural Communications introduces students to fundamental modes of communication that are used to comprehend, conceive, explore, articulate and document architecture. … It explores the roles that analogue and digital communication techniques play in contemporary architectural design and thinking.”, as described by the University of Sydney.
